Once a student is registered and, if applicable, has been given a dispensation for any courses, a programme of studies will be set up for the year. The programme includes all teaching units which the student has to take and pass during the course of that academic year. This document has to be officially approved by the student, by means of a signaure. If a student has not signed their programme by 31 October of the current school year, the programme will be considered approved and accepted by the student by default.
