Biography
PhD in Information and communication, master’s degree in Political sciences and in Cultural management, and graduated in Drama, Jean-Gilles Lowies is professor at the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles, teaching assistant at the Department of Arts and communication sciences of the Université de Liège and researcher at the Observatoire des politiques culturelles de la Communauté française de Belgique.
