How to Access the Library?
Since June 2024, and for the duration of the renovation of the Conservatoire’s historic building on Rue de la Régence, the Library is located inside the Royal Library of Belgium (KBR) building.

Enter through the main door at level -2 and approach the reception.
The reading room is located on level 0, accessible by elevator or stairs.

Numerous public transport options provide easy access to the KBR building:
Tram: Royale stop (lines 92 and 93)
Bus: Gare centrale stop (lines 29, 38, 52, 63, 65, 66, 71, 89)
Metro: Gare centrale stop (5-minute walk)
Train (SNCB): Brussels-Central station (5-minute walk)
Car parking: Albertine parking
Bicycle racks: in front of the entrance at 28 Mont des Arts

Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Conservatoire Library is closed during school holidays, public holidays, and official bridge days.
Reservation is required for document consultation in the KBR reading room. For more information, see the Public Services page on our website.
