This seminar is intended for the students of the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles.

Danys Vanderhaegen is a dancer, choreographer and artistic director active in all areas of dance (competitions, shows, theater, teaching, etc.). He specializes in Popping, Locking and Whacking, three dance styles where the concept of character is omnipresent. Having already worked and performed on stage with classical quartets, string orchestras, jazz bands and solo musicians, Danys has had the opportunity to observe and learn how to optimize the presence of musicians to let them fade away, come to the fore, and even impose themselves on stage. He runs seminars to explore different scenic dynamics, to raise awareness of musicians' bodies and to approach different types of scenography.
