The 1st Piano Concerto by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is part of the world's musical heritage and is instantly recognisable from its opening bars and soaring pianism. To perform this major score, the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra invites the young prodigy Javier Rameix to the keyboard.
The work follows Joseph Jongen's "Le matin à la campagne" and Antonín Dvořák's Symphony No. 8 "Czechoslovak".
